Dejligt ophold i Bologna. ☺Kommunikationen med GMB var intet mindre end fremragende. Detaljer om indtjekning, var gode og gjorde det meget nemt at tjekke ind. Morgenmaden var rigtig god og det søde personale var smilende og imødekommende og serverede dejlig kaffe til en rigtig god morgenmad. Lokationen er ligeledes virkelig god. Meget tæt på alt det der SKAL ses i Bologna. De stort set lydtætte vinduer gør, at deres kan holdes siesta, i ro og fred. ☹Den ene stol på vores værelse havde udtjent sin værnepligt.

Slapen als een roosje in het hart van Bologna ☺Alles! Fijne, rustige ligging. Stille en donkere kamer. Goed bed en kussens. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Kamer is leuk ingericht. Vriendelijk personeel. Basic maar lekker ontbijt in een gezellige ruimte. Helemaal prima, zeker een aanrader! ☹/

Gyönyörű szállás, figyelmes személyzet ☺Gyönyörű a szállás! A reggeli pazar, svédasztalos. A kávét, tojást olyanra főzi a személyzet, amilyet kérsz. Nagyon kedves és figyelmes a személyzet! Taxit is hívtak nekünk másnapra a reptérre, ami kb. 25-30 euró volt, (két embernek pláne bőrönddel jobban megerte, mint a reptéri expressz kuvonat, ahova még a szállásról eljutni nem volt annyira közel). Minden vadiúj, stílusos és kényelmes! Fantasztikus felszereltség, a hűtő csendes, a fürdő gyönyörű, az ágy nagyon kényelmes, a szoba nagy, az erkély a csendes belsó udvarra néz. Maga az utca is csendes, ráadásul pár házra van a Szépművészeti Múzeum, tele csodás festménnyel ( Raffaello!), ikonnal. ☹Nem volt ilyen.

Amazing staff and wonderful accommodations! ☺The staff were wonderful! So welcoming and friendly, and they really made our stay a joy. The room exceeded our expectations, and we absolutely loved the neighbourhood, with so many great restaurants and shops right outside our door. The breakfast they offered was the icing on the cake! We had such a great experience and would happily stay here again anytime. ☹N/A

Gastvriendelijke uitbaters, goede locatie, correct ontbijt, maar geen aanrader voor kleine kinderen of oudere mensen. ☺Ondanks er een keuken aanwezig was die de gasten niet mochten gebruiken, dienden we ons naar een ander pand te begeven om te ontbijten. Het ontbijt zelf, was naar Italiaanse norm zeker goed. Airco was zeer goed Fijne lakens Personeel deel alles voor comfort ☹Ontbijt op andere locatie en niet op voorhand ingelicht. Op deze locatie was er ook enkel een lange trap, met een stijle klim. Verlichting in badkamer De inkomdeur is redelijk zwaar om te openen De trap van de inkomdeur naar het eerste verdiep, naar de kamers is heel stijl en door de dubbele draai toch wel redelijk gevaarlijk. Deze stijle klim is niet voor mensen die slechter te been zijn. Dit stond ook niet vermeld in de beschrijving. Wat wel had gemoeten. Geluidsisolatie: we werden elke nacht rond 1:00 wakker op het moment dat de andere gasten nogal luidruchtig binnen komen met gebrek aan respect.

This was our first trip (only three nights) to Bologna and we were so happy with the hotel - location was perfect and the room was very comfortable. It might be considered small by some, but it was roomy enough for two and the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. We have nothing to complain about - everyone we interacted with was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for a couple staying a few nights. ☺Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

I really loved the staying there for 3 nights: easy to find, perfect location in the centre, yet the window faces the inner jard so there is little noise plus room has a good sound proof window. Room is warm, big, cozy and stylish. Bed comfy. The ladies at the reception are very nice. Breakfast is good and served with style, but quite limited, one can tired of it quickly .

I had a very bad experience with this property. My credit card was used fraudulently to book a stay after my information was stolen. I contacted the hotel immediately, within 24 hours of discovering the fraud, and explained the situation clearly. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund. I don’t understand why I should be held responsible for identity theft and an unauthorized booking. The lack of understanding, flexibility, and basic customer care from both the ownership and staff was extremely disappointing. Proceed with caution and think twice before booking here.

For Good Morning Bologna Al Theatre; Continuous noise coming from the upper floor made it impossible to rest. The bathroom and toilet were extremely narrow and uncomfortable. The windows of the room faced an indoor common area, which affected privacy and ventilation. We informed the host immediately and decided to leave the property. However, the host refused to refund us, even though we did not stay or use the accommodation.

Great location and nicely designed new room. Very clean. Breakfast unfortunately in another Building 5 minutes walk away, which is quite inconvenient. Bra och lugnt läge i ett mysigt kvarter i centrala Bologna. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var väldigt bra! Vi hade bokat rummet “Suite superior dependance” vilket hörde till deras annex på gatan Via delle Belle Arti 16. Vi blev lite förvånade när hotellet meddelade oss detta eftersom det inte framgick på Hotels.com. Men som sagt så var vi väldigt nöjda! Wir waren zwei Nächte in Bologna und waren hier perfekt zentral untergebracht. Es gab ein schönes Frühstück 3 Gehminuten entfernt im anderen Gästehaus des Betreibers aber das war kein Problem. Sehr nette Leute und immer gleich als Ansprechpartner verfügbar. Würden wir bestimmt wieder hingehen wenn wir wieder nach Bologna kommen. Absolute Empfehlung.

It was a great property and a great location. The only issue I had was the challenging staircase to get into the floor with the rooms! And the noise from the street and church bells was pretty significant in the morning!

La camera era molto graziosa e pulitissima, il personale molto gentile, la posizione ottimale. Molto bello il lavoro di restauro fatto in un contesto storico a due passi dal centro. Anche la colazione, servita nell'altra sede di Via delle Belle Arti a pochi minuti a piedi, era adeguata alle aspettative e servita in un contesto ben curato. Per tutto questo davvero complimenti! Un aspetto che mi ha deluso è l'insonorizzazione, aspetto pubblicizzato anche sul sito e su cui contavo molto per mia sensibilità ai rumori - motivo che mi aveva spinta a scegliere questa e non altre proposte simili in zona. La finestra della stanza è sound-proof, ma non lo era la porta che dà sull'atrio in comune, né i muri in comune con le altre stanze. Sentivo i vicini entrare e uscire dalle stanze e dalla struttura, usare il bagno, parlare nelle altre stanze. Nulla di esagerato perché i vicini di camera erano civili, ma non c'era l'isolamento che avrei immaginato. Anche il piccolo frigo nella stanza era piuttosto rumoroso. Ho comunque apprezzato che la proprietà avesse preparato in camera dei tappi per le orecchie da usare in caso di bisogno. ☺Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
